Despite the challenges involved in the process needed to pass through before being able to celebrate with government school children, we give glory to Almighty God that we scaled through and it was a remarkable success.
Up to a hundred children were catered for, special needs and little less-priviledged children were made to feel love and affection, they were made to feel life the way they deserve to feel it.
They danced in their own special way, sang in their totally funny way, ate in their sweet way, and talked in ways that made them proud of themselves and their achievements at such feat with their disabilities.
We bore gifts and presents, cut a beautifully sweet cake with them, had beautiful picture sessions and distributed cute little packages for them with items like exercise books, pencils, candies, school socks, noodles, soft drinks, biscuits etc.
They had dancing and spelling competition, and it was fun watching them dance and feeling their joys.
They were happy and we were glad because that was what we set out to achieve. And glory be to God it was a success.
Heartfelt Gratitude to a wonderful team, selfless sponsors and the Lagos state government for giving the children an opportunity to be educated.
It's not going to end there by God's grace.
To love and care for a child remains our utmost priority. So help us God.
